I uninstalled Synapse, removed my mouse drivers, restarted my PC, then re-installed Synapse several times, but it didn't fix the problem. It also seemed to cause slowdown and stuttering, but I'm not 100% sure on that. After installing it, my mouse click started screwing up like crazy. I recently tried to re-download Synapse, but this time, instead of freezing my computer, I think it screwed up my mouse. I want to change these buttons to be forward/back in my browser, because that's super convenient, and I hate accidentally changing my DPI randomly. But, the Naga Chroma comes with the buttons below the scroll wheel working as DPI up/down by default, which I hate. I eventually figured out it was freezing because of Razer Synapse, and it stopped freezing after I uninstalled it. When I first got my new PC about 6 months ago, it was having problems freezing right off the bat. I've heard that the Naga Chroma has serious issues with Synapse, but I haven't been able to verify this, or find a solution. Hey guys, I have looked everywhere for a solution to this, and I cannot figure it out. TL DR: I have an updated Windows 10 PC, and installing Synapse was causing my mouse click to not work, or to only work in taskbar and start menu, nowhere else.
